Design
The exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished
in an easy clean powder coated paint. The interior
chamber is made from mild steel coated with aluminium
(CLAD)
Heating
Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements; positioned on the
chamber floor for natural convection units and fitted
around the fan on the back wall of the chamber for
mechanical convection units. Natural convection units
have temperature range up to 500C. Mechanical
convection units have a temperature range up to 400C.
Controls
All units are fitted with a microprocessor digital
controller with LED display of temperature as
standard, together with a safety overheat controller
and mains switch with indicator lamps.
